The Effects of Stress on the Aging Process
In this blog I want to talk about the effects of stress on the aging process. Did you know that stress and worry cause frowning, and over time the muscles of his face actually conform to that movement. How many times have you felt stressed and your face starts to frown and wrinkles, then your head starts to hurt, and before you know you look like a woman in a bad mood.
The effects of stress in the aging process is very simple, stress causes the body to age very quickly, do not know about you, but I certainly do not want to age prematurely. So the answer is to find a relaxation technique that you like. A good way to relax each part of your body from head to toe is the yoga or meditation, with a combination of breathing, stretching and low impact movements, is a great way to feel good and look fabulous! Time to care inside and out, you can begin to reverse the effects of stress.
If yoga or meditation is not your thing, then just choose something you like to help you relax. One of my favorite ways to De-Stress is put on my ipod and taking my beautiful golden retriever "Brandi" for a walk. Not just a good exercise for the two gives me the opportunity to think and clear my mind, plus it helps to forget my worries, even if only for a while and enjoy the fresh air. Health and natural beauty in time it becomes a lifestyle and incorporating these activities into their daily lives, the journey begins with one step.
I read something the other day that when you think it makes sense, "focus your energy on what you have and not think about things that do not." There are many times we forget to appreciate what we have and spend our time and energy worrying about things that do not. You have to live life to receive it.
