Bridal Booty: the Best Butt Exercises

DAYS UNTIL THE WEDDING: 67
Brides tend to worry about arm flab and back fat, but what about booty shifting? I understand ... Rear normally not displayed in the photos girlfriend, but are in the honeymoon photos! Since my wedding booty has been featured recently in my mind, I thought I would share with you the butt exercises three love to hate in my playground Equinox.

Here are the moves ...

One Leg Dumbbell Straight-Leg Dead

A
* Grab a barbell with an overhand grip that is just beyond shoulder width and keep the arm extended in front of your hips.
* Push your chest out.
* Support the nucleus.
* Your knees should be slightly bent.
* Lift one leg.

B
* Without changing the bend of the knee, bend your hips and lower torso until it is almost parallel to the floor.
* Pause, then lift your torso back to the starting position.
* Do not arch your lower back. You should stay naturally arched as you lower your body.
* Keep your core throughout the entire movement.

Standing Cable Hip Abduction

A
* Place a strap at the ankle to the low pulley of a cable station, and then place the strap around your left ankle.
* Stand with your right side toward the weight stack.
* Let your left leg crossed in front of his right leg. (You must stand far enough away from the machine that the cable remains tense.)
* Place your hand on a solid object support.
* Stand not crash.
* The left leg should be almost straight.

B
* Without changing the bend of the knee, lift your left leg to the left as you can.
* Pause and slowly return to starting position.
* Complete the exact number of repetitions with the left leg, then turn around and do the same number with the right leg.

One-arm dumbbell swing

A
* Take a dumbbell with an overhand grip and hold it in front of his waist with his arm outstretched. (You can also do the exercise with both hands, holding the dumbbell with both hands.)
* Bend your hips and knees and lower your torso until it forms a 45 degree angle with the floor.
* Turn the dumbbell between your legs.
* Keep your lower back slightly arched.
* Push your hips back.
Rotate the dumbbell between your legs.

B
* Keep your arm straight, push your hips forward, straighten your knees and rotate the dumbbell up to chest height as a place to stand.
* Now squat down while moving the dumbbell between your legs again.
* Balance the weight back and forth vigorously.
* The arm should rotate upward momentum.
Set your feet wider than shoulderwidth apart.

The work of these three movements in your routine (3 sets of 12 reps), and you're ready!
